Meditation 1

Sit back straight. Breathe through your nose tilted up. Tilt, not straight up. No right angle British. Just tilt your nose a little, like a compass.

Breathe only through your nose for 5 minutes now. Set a timer on your phone, or go here for one good free one.

When you finish, take a deep breath. Take one more. I'm living unbelievable, say. Take one final deep breath. Whisper "Halellujah".

Now is the time to learn the knowledge.
